• Screen Printing: Our minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces per ink color. This helps ensure the best quality and efficiency for your custom prints.
   
• Embroidery: We have a small minimum of just 3 garments per order. Whether you're ordering a few items or placing a large bulk request, we’ve got you covered with top-quality embroidery and fast turnaround! 

• Our standard production turnaround is determined by current order volume; however, we aim to complete most orders within 1 to 2 weeks.
• Rush Services
  Rush orders may be accepted based on production availability. Applicable fees are calculated according to the size, complexity, and requested delivery timeline of the order. For rush requests, we encourage clients to reach out as early as possible to ensure we can meet your needs.
• Advance Planning
  To ensure timely delivery—especially for holidays, school functions, or large-scale events—we recommend placing orders well in advance. High-demand periods may affect production timelines.

• We offer in-house plastisol ink mixing, allowing us to closely match your brand’s official colors.
• If your logo or branding uses specific Pantone (PMS) colors, we can custom mix ink to match. Each custom Pantone match is $15.00 per color.
• For many projects, our wide selection of standard ink colors (such as black, white, red, royal blue, etc.) may meet your needs at no additional charge.
• This flexibility allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality results whether you're printing business apparel, team uniforms, or event gear.

Color swatches of standard inks are available upon request.

To ensure the highest quality print and embroidery results, please follow these guidelines when submitting your artwork: (Not sure how to do this, No worries just email us and we will help)

• Accepted File Formats:
  We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPEG (300 DPI or higher) is also acceptable for basic printing.
• Embroidery Artwork & Digitizing:
  For embroidery, clean, high-contrast images work best. Our designers will digitize your design for a $30.00 fee. Once digitized, you will receive a copy of the embroidery file (.DST) to use for future orders or with other vendors.
• If you already have a digitized embroidery file (.DST, .EXP, .PES), you may send it directly to us to avoid the digitizing fee.
• Design Fees:
  A design/setup fee may apply depending on the quality of the artwork provided and the complexity of the job. If editing or file cleanup is needed, we’ll inform you in advance.
• Color Matching:
  If your design uses specific Pantone (PMS) colors, please include that in your email. Custom ink mixing is available for screen printing at $15.00 per color.

Submitting Artwork:
All artwork should be emailed to tiffany@wicksembroidery.com with your name, order reference, and any specific design notes (e.g., thread color, placement, size).

• Refunds & Artwork Approval
  Once artwork is approved by the customer, no changes or refunds can be made. Please review all designs, spellings, placements, and colors carefully before giving final approval.
• No Refunds on Personalized Orders
  Due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on personalized items, including garments that feature custom names, logos, designs, or colors.
• Garment Responsibility
  Wicks Embroidery & Screen Printing is not responsible for garments once they leave our facility. Every item is inspected before production to ensure only the highest quality pieces move forward.
• Customer-Supplied Garments
  If you choose to supply your own garments, please note that Wicks Embroidery is not liable for any damage that may occur during the embroidery or screen-printing process. While we handle all garments with care, results may vary depending on fabric type and garment quality.
• Product Variations
  Minor variations in color, size, and placement may occur due to the nature of custom printing and embroidery. These small differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Privacy Policy

At Wicks Embroidery and Screen Printing, we value your privacy. When you place an order or contact us, we collect basic information like your name, email, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order details. This information is used only to process your order, provide support, and send updates (if you opt in).

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information may be shared with trusted third parties (like shipping providers) solely for order fulfillment.
